"A unique gothic Welsh Castle
conveniently set within a glorious 40 acre Country Park
with idyllic shaded Woodland paths, Lakes and
off-the-lead Dog Walks - right on your doorstep"
Craig y Nos Country Park Woodland Paths
40 Acres of woodland path! Every day a different dog walk!
Picture me splashing in and out of the River Tawe, chasing bank to bank. Plenty of footbridges over the river for my owners to cross (I'll swim)!
There are three lakes full of ducks and sometimes swans (I'm not allowed in those - Swans can be very nasty to us dogs!). My owners can throw seeds for the ducks.
Further on I see fields with horses grazing. We can have a look if you like.
Lots of benches for my owners and the children to sit on if they need a rest - gives me a chance to explore the river Tawe and sniff out the Country Park's woods.
At the back of the Country Park (the Park is all fenced in so I cannot get lost) there's a gate to an upper path.
This passes through some stunning mountain scenery, with steep banks for me to bound up and down. This path leads up to Penwyllt Mountain (in the picture below).
Here's another two hour circular dog walk behind the Park (leading on the Beacons Way).
Maybe my owners will take me up one side and we can all come down the other side together.
